Affiliate Terms

Introduction

This Affiliate Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Operating Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the LeThemes Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

Please read the following Operating Agreement carefully. By registering affiliate partnership with LeThemes.com, you agree to be bound by this operating agreement.

If we determine that you have violated this Operating Agreement, we may (in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us) withhold any advertising fees payable to you under this Operating Agreement and terminate this Operating Agreement.

Description of the Program

The purpose of the Program is to permit you to advertise templates produced by LeThemes.com and to earn advertising fees for Qualifying Purchases made by your end users.

Enrollment

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete and accurate Program Application. NOTE: you aren't allowed to earn commissions on your own purchases.

Links

After enrolling, you will receive a message that you have been accepted into the Program with your login and username for your account on http://lethemes.com/members/. Pages of your account contain your referrer key, that you have to specify in the Special Links to LeThemes.com using “affc” parameter. Example of the correct link is http://lethemes.com/creative/?affc=2tydrj8x, where 2tydrj8x is your referrer key. Incorrect links won't counted with registration.

Advertising Fees

We will pay you advertising fees on Qualifying Purchases that occur every time a customer makes a purchase of our templates and his invoice is deposited, provided that he came to LeThemes.com through your Special Link and registered an account during a single session. Your commissions are equal to 50% of the purchase.

A Session begins when a customer clicks through your Special Link and ends when he changes browser, clear cookies or 180 days elapses from his last visit to LeThemes.com.

Advertising Fee Payment

We will pay you advertising fees on a monthly basis for Qualifying Purchases deposited in a given month, with a minimum payment of $50. We will transfer funds approximately 15 days following the end of each calendar month using PayPal. Any unpaid sum will be carried over and paid out the next time the payable amount reaches the set minimum amount.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used for the purpose of paying your fees. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Confidentiality

The terms and conditions of this Affiliate Agreement and the Program Terms, including any information and statistics regarding Publisher's participation in the Program, are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed by Publisher to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

Any obligation or liability of LeThemes.com under this agreement shall be limited to the total of your payouts paid to you by LeThemes.com under this agreement during the year preceding the claim. No action, suit or proceeding shall be brought against the other party to this agreement more than one year after the termination of this agreement. You agree that LeThemes.com shall not be liable to you, or any third party (including but not limited to a claim by another publisher or an advertiser of the network service), for any consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of goodwill, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or claim.
